AREA 51 - GROOM LAKE

Lying within the U.S. Air Force's Nevada Test and Training Range, Area 51 refers to the remote tract of land in the
southwestern portion of Lincoln County in southern Nevada.
On the southern shore of a dry lakebed here, is a large military airfield, one of the most secretive and talked about places in the world.
The primary purpose of Area 51 is the development and testing of new military aircraft and the analysis of foreign
aircraft and weapons systems.
Other names used for this base are Groom Lake, Dreamland, Paradise Ranch, Home Base, Watertown Strip and Homey Airport.
Due to the intense levels of secrecy surrounding the base, the existence of which the government barely
acknowledges, it has become the focus for interest from ufologists worldwide.
Many researchers are convinced that the answer to the UFO mystery is to be found here.
