Include as many details as possible including time and date of sighting, type of sighting (lights, objects, physical evidence, etc) location of sighting, sounds heard, any electromagnetic effects, direction of UFO travel, weather conditions, etc.

Photographs and drawings are especially useful and can be sent as attachments to you email.

As your sighting will go online in our database to be publicly viewed we will remove any personally identifiable information.
